Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, August 11, 1999 
Linda V. Hoskins, 52, of the 700 block of Ballentine Blvd., died Aug. 7, 1999.

Born in Norfolk, she had retired in 1997 as president of Grandy Village Tenant
Management Corp. after five years of service. She was a high school graduate
with two years of college. Mrs. Hoskins was a member of Apostolic Church of the
Lord Jesus Christ in Norfolk. She was predeceased by her parents, Harriet
Wiggins Hardy and Charles Hardy Jr.

The widow of Willie E. Hoskins Sr., she is survived by three daughters,
Cassandra Hardy, Denise Fulford and Linda Hoskins; three sons, Willie Hoskins
Jr., Dennis Hoskins and Lindon Hoskins; eight grandchildren; an aunt, Eddie Mae
Hughes; a niece, Karolyn Fields; a son-in-law; two daughters-in-law; and a host
of cousins and special friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Metropolitan Funeral
Service, Granby St. Chapel, by Pastor Willie E. Hoskins Jr. Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. The family will receive friends at 728 Ballentine
Blvd., Norfolk, where they will assemble for the procession.
