Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 31, 1921

The body of Mrs. Isadore Howard, 59 years old, widow of Alex. B. Howard, who 
died Friday morning at 6:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas 
T. Iverson, 2111 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore, arrived here yesterday 
morning.  Mrs. Howard is survived by two children, Mrs. Thomas T. Iverson 
and Captain L.B. Howard.
The service was conducted at the funeral apartments of E. Lee Cox, 402 
Berkley Avenue, yesterday afternoon by Rev. R.D. Stephenson, pastor of the 
Berkley Avenue Baptist Church, and burial was in Magnolia cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Captain R.D. Etheridge, Captain George W. Youre, W.R. 
Harrell, L. Hollomon, K.R. Bell, J.H. Barton and J.R. Graham.
