Mrs. Fannie Howard Dies; Rites Tomorrow

NORFOLK - Mrs. Fannie Howard, 77, former resident of Norfolk for more than 50 
years, died Tuesday at 5 p.m. in New York. She was a native of Baltimore.

Surviving are four daughters and four sons, all of New York.

A special funeral service will be conducted here tomorrow at 1 p.m. at St. Paul 
C.M.E. Church by the Rev. William C. Flanagan, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary 
Cemetery, with the Graves Funeral Home in charge.
