NORFOLK - Mrs. Anna D. Howard, formerly of 717 Reservoir Ave., the widow of John
Howard, died Thursday in Lafayette Villa Nursing Home.

She was a native of Sumter, S.C. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, its
Altar Guild, and Flower Club, and was a past president of the Brambleton Flower
Club.

Survivors include a brother, Willie Davis of Norfolk; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral funeral will be held Monday at noon in Grace Episcopal Church by the Rev.
Joseph N. Green Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Community Funeral Home,
Norfolk Chapel, in charge. The family will be at the home of her brother, 2470 E.
princess Anne Road. The body will be in church Monday at 11 a.m.
