Miss Nannie Howard died yesterday afternoon at the residence, 812 County street, 
after a lingering illness.
FUNERAL OF MISS NANNIE HOWARD.
The funeral of Miss Nannie Howard took place from the residence of her brother-in-
law, Mr. Thomas E. Freeman, 812 County street, at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, 
Rev. R. T. Waterfield, pastor of Owen's Memorial M. E. Church, officiating.
At the conclusion of the solemn services, the remains were taken to Norfolk and 
the interment made in Elmwood cemetery.
