Norfolk - Hattie G. Howard, a native of Norfolk and the widow of Oliver Howard,
died Tuesday in her home at 3241 Verdun Ave.

Mrs. Howard had retired from domestic work.

Survivors include a sister, Mary Allen, and a brother, Alonzo Sawyer, both of
Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Graves Funeral Chapel by the
Rev. J. L. Kearney.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

The family will be at the residence.
