Mr. Howard was one of the most successful business men of our city and especially was he so in his line of business. He was a man of genial qualities and his generosity was proverbial and in this respect there are many in our city who will miss the kind friend, whose helping hand was always ready to be extended them. His funeral will take place this afternoon from the family residence. **************************************************************************** The funeral of Mr. Charles W.
