She was reared in Wilmington, N.C. and had lived here about thirty years and was held in the highest esteem by all who knew her. Three brothers and two sisters survive her. They are William and George Howey of Wilmington, N.C.; John Howey, of Texas; Mrs. Parker, of Berkley and Miss Mary Howey, Wilmington, N.C. The funeral will take place in St. Thomas' P.E. Church tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Rev. E.W. Cowling, the rector, will officiate. The interment will be made in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.
