Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, July 28, 1991 
Lula Howlett, of the 2900 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd., died July 26, 1991,
in her home.

Mrs. Howlett was born in Kinston, N.C. She was a member and deaconness of First
Calvary Baptist Church and the widow of Andrew Howlett.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in First Calvary Baptist Church
by the Rev. J.L. White. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . A wake service will
be at 7 p.m. Monday. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Friends may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
