Huband, whose illness was noted in these columns several days ago, died Tuesday morning at his home on East Fifth street. The remains were sent to Norfolk last night for interment. They were accompanied by the bereaved widow. DEATH OF MR. HUBAND. The remains of the late Mr. Adolphus Huband, who died at his home in Winston, N.C., Wednesday, reached here over the Chesapeake and Ohio yesterday at noon and were immediately taken to Elmwood cemetery and interred, Rev. J. B. Merritt conducting the exercises at the grave. The widow of the deceased accompanied the body. The following gentlemen acted as pall-bearers: Colonel George Tait, Thomas Moreland, E. Black, F. Wade. Vaughn, Capt. W. H. Collins and Mr. Keeling (building inspector). The deceased was formerly a resident of this city and was highly esteemed here. He was about 31 years old.
