Norfolk Virginian Pilot Tuesday April 6, 1943
Jane Leighton Hubard, two year old daughter of J. Douglas and Mrs. Ann 
Lockridge Price Hubard, residing at No. 630 Redgate Avenue, died yesterday 
morning at 9:30 o’clock at a local hospital. Besides her parents, she is 
survived by a brother, James D. Hubard, Jr., of Norfolk; her paternal 
grandmother, Mrs. Tazewell T. Hubard, Sr., of Norfolk, and her maternal 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin W. Price, of Marlinton, W. Va. The body 
will be taken from the residence, No. 630 Redgate Avenue, to Old St. Paul’s 
Episcopal Church, for funeral services Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock, with 
the Rev. Moultrie Guerry, rector, officiating. Interment will be in Cedar 
Grove Cemetery.
