Virginian-Pilot  March 29, 1962
NORFOLK - Reginald Doughtie Hubbard, 35, of 7020 Gail Drive, stockbroker employed 
by Abott, Proctor & Paine here, died Tuesday in a Norfolk hospital.
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was the husband of Mrs. Betty Scripter Hubbard 
and a son of Harvey M. and Mrs. Annie Marie Gallagher Hubbard.
He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society and Little 
Creek Lions Club.
Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter, Miss Karen Hubbard of Norfolk; and 
two brothers, James M. Hubbard of Norfolk and H. Thomas Hubbard of Atlanta.
The Rosary will be recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 7:30.
A funeral service will be held in St. Pius X Church Friday at 10 a.m., with burial 
in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
