The deceased was the daughter of Mrs. Caroline Hubbell. She was a native of North Carolina but had been a resident of Norfolk for twelve years. Besides her mother, she is survived by two sisters — Mrs. A. C. West and Mrs. J. O. Harris, and two brothers, W. E. and T. W. Hubbell. The funeral was solemnized from her late residence at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was conducted by Rev. W. G. Starr, D.D., of the Cumberland street Methodist church. The interment was in Elmwood cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: Mr. Getney, O. H. Bell, C. M. Stover, Thomas Oglesby, B. R. New and Preston Belvin.
