He was a native of Norfolk and was well known, having a number of friends. He is survived by his wife, a son, Linwood S. Hudgins, and a daughter, Miss Ida Leon Hudgins, both of this city. He was a member of the Brickmasons Union, Red Men and Junior Mechanics. The funeral occurs next Sunday at 3 p.m. at the residence. Interment in Elmwood cemetery.
