Mrs. Hudgins, a native of Wilmington, N.C., was the widow of Emmett L. Hudgins. She was a member of Riverview United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Christopher Lothaire Hudgins of Cincinnati, Ohio; two daughters, Virginia H. Smith of Rota, Spain, and Sara H. Delesie of Balm; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Riverview United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will be at the home of Capt. and Mrs. J. A. Eady, Penguin Circle, Virginia Beach. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon, Fla., is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Hillsboro or the American Cancer Society.
