Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, August 30, 1992 
Myron Cornelius Hughes died Aug. 26, 1992, in Charleston.

Mr. Hughes was born in Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Murray Hughes; his father and stepmother,
Maurice Hughes and Sarah Hughes, both of Norfolk; two sisters, Clarice H. Smith
of Chicopee, Mass., and Winifred H. Jones of Richmond; and a brother, Lionel
Hughes of Newport News.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Preston Funeral Home by the Rev.
James L. Patterson. Burial will be Wednesday in Calvary Cemetery . Family and
friends will assemble at noon Wednesday at E.A. Hughes Funeral Home for the
procession to the cemetery.
