George Hurdle, who died at his home at 2527 Tidewater Drive on Nov. 8, was given
funeral rites on Saturday at First Church of Christ Holiness, with Bishop O. W.
McInnis, pastor, officiating.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery under direction of the Jones Funeral Home.

Mr. Hurdle was a native of Princess Anne County and was a member of First
Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Hurdle; a son, George Hurdle,
Jr. of Pleasantville, NJ; and a sister, Mrs. Annie Felton of Norfolk.
