The Norfolk Virginian Pilot Wednesday July 22, 1953
Mrs. Minnie Hall Hurdle, 79, widow of Robert F. Hurdle, died at a Camden, N.J. 
hospital yesterday. She is survived by a son, Robert F. Hurdle of Collingswood, 
N.J., a brother, Charles B. Hall, of Norfolk, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Clinton 
D. Griffin, of Norfolk.
Mrs. Hurdle was a native of Great Bridge, and had resided in Norfolk most of 
her life until three years ago when she went to make her home with her son. She 
was a member of the Churchland Baptist Church and In-His-Name Circle, Kings 
Daughters.
The body will be sent to Norfolk and will be taken to the Hollomon-Brown 
Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.
