B. Hurlbut, died yesterday at 4:20 p.m., at the home of her brother, R. A. Lumber, 916 Moran avenue, after a long illness. She was 77 years old, had lived in Norfolk 10 years and was well-known and greatly esteemed. The funeral will take place at his residence Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock and will be conducted by rev. John Roach Stratton, pastor of First Baptist church. Burial will be in Elmwood.
