Virginian-Pilot November 21, 1950
Floyd Hurst - Funeral services for Mr. Hurst, 66, who died at his home in Mathews 
County Sunday, will be held today at 3 p.m. from the Christian Temple, 34th Street 
and Llewellyn Avenue. The body will lie in state there for half an hour before the 
services. Burial will be in a Norfolk Cemetery.
