Norfolk Journal and Guide, Dec 26,1959
Funeral services were held at Hale Funeral Home Tuesday, Dec. 22 at 11 a.m. for 
Robert Hutchins , who died Dec. 20 in a Norfolk hospital.  Burial will be in 
Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Hutchins, an employee of W. G. Swartz company, lived at 808 E. Princess Anne 
road.  He was a member of Eureka Lodge. Greater Norfolk Elks Lodge 132, and the 
AME Zion Church in Kinston, his home city.

Surviving are a sister, Miss Hannah Hutchins;  four brothers, Frank and Walter 
Hutchins of Kinston, George Hutchins of Washington, NC and Clarence Hutchins of 
Norfolk.
