Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch June 29, 1946
Mrs. Cecelia Santos Hutchins, 67, wife of Frank D. Hutchins and daughter of the 
late Charles O. and Mrs. Katherine Roberts Santos, died yesterday morning at 
11:45 o'clock at a local hospital. Mrs. Hutchins, a lifelong resident of 
Norfolk, resided at 816 West Thirty-fifth Street. Besides her husband, she is 
survived by one son, Charles D. Hutchins, two sisters, Mrs. Raymond L. Ives and 
Miss Mary E. Santos and three brothers, Paul O., Joseph F. and Charles O. 
Santos, all of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church, of which she was a member, for services Monday 
morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Rosary services will 
be held at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Sunday night at 7:30 o'clock.
