February 14, 1927
Mrs. Ollie Pauline Hyde, aged 26 years and 11 months, wife of William G. Hyde, 
died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 4:40 o'clock after an illness 
of several months. She was born in Norfolk, the daughter of James M. and Ethel 
Marshall Davis, and had lived here all her life with the exception of three 
years spent in Asbury Park, N.J. Besides her husband, Mrs. Hyde is survived by 
three sisters, Mrs. L. F. Hutchinson, of Norfolk; Mrs. Thomas F. Walton, of 
Gloucester County, and Mrs. J. H. Bryant, of Norfolk; and one brother, H. M. 
Davis, of Norfolk. The body was taken into the Gregory Funeral Home, Thirtieth 
and Granby Streets, pending funeral arrangements.
