Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark December 2, 1930

Mrs. Pauline Olivia Hyslop, aged 63, died at her residence, 1030 West Thirty-sixth 
Street, yesterday afternoon at 4:45 o'clock after a long illness. She is survived 
by two daughters, Mrs. L.A. Buchanan and Mrs. L.S. Richardson, both of Norfolk; a 
son, Joseph H. Sanderlin, of Pittsburgh; a brother, Ernest T. Dyer, of Norfolk and 
a grandchild, Jean Anne Buchanan. Mrs. Hyslop was a native and a lifelong resident 
of Norfolk and was a member of the St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at St. Luke's Episcopal Church tomorrow 
afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
