                 WALTER F. IRVINE DIES IN NORFOLK
Walter F. Irvine, one of the best-known businessmen in Norfolk and for a number 
of years manager of the Royster building, died at his home, 504 Botetourt 
apartments, at 12:45 o'clock yesterday morning. He was born in Norfolk 44 years 
ago and, during his residence here, made many close friends, especially among 
the businessmen of the city.
Besides his widow, Evelyn H. Irvine, he leaves his mother, Mrs. Margaret S. 
Irvine; three sisters, Miss Grace Irvine, Miss M. Bell Irvine and Mrs. James M. 
Jordan. The funeral will be held at 4 o'clock this afternoon at St. Paul's 
Episcopal church, Rev. H. H. Covington officiating.
