Mrs. Mary M. Irvine, wife of J. B. Irvine, died at her home, 119 North Marshall 
avenue, at 2:30 o’clock, a.m., yesterday in the 64th year of her age. The deceased 
was born in Baltimore, Md., but had been a resident of Norfolk for twenty years, 
where she was well known and highly esteemed. Besides her husband and daughter, 
Mrs. Mary C. Irvine, she is survived by three grandchildren, Madeline, Bessie and 
Russell Irvine; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Ruckle of Baltimore; Mrs. T. J. Faulkner 
and Miss Eugene Honeywell, both of Lynn, Mass., and Mrs. H. A. Vellines of 
Norfolk; also three brothers, William B. Honeywell of Springfield, Mo.; F. L. 
Honeywell and James N. Honeywell of Baltimore. 
The funeral will be held from St. Mary’s Catholic church at 9 o’clock this 
morning.
The interment will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
