Norfolk Virginian Pilot Sunday August 10, 1941
Mrs. Ethel Ayers Ives, 48, wife of Rodney P. Ives, died last night at 11:35 
o'clock in a local hospital.  She was the daughter of Thomas M. Ayers and the late 
Molly Garrison Ayers.
Mrs. Ives, besides her husband, is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Owen F. 
Fentress, Mrs. Robert F. Ferrell and Mrs. L. Roy Stevenson.
The body was taken to the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home pending funeral 
arrangements.
