Funeral services were held for Mrs. Martha Jackson, 56, at Graves Funeral 
Chapel on Sunday, with the Rev. A. R. Winslow, pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Jackson, a native of Roper, NC, had lived in Norfolk for 50 years. She 
was the wife of Herman Jackson and the daughter of the late William and 
Luberta Norman. Mrs. Jackson was a member of Piney Grove Disciple Church.

In addition to her husband, the deceased is survived by a daughter, Mrs. 
Eunice Brown; a step-daughter, Mrs. Rosa Brown, two sisters, Mrs. Agnes 
Herbert of New York and Mrs. Naomi Dixon of Norfolk; and three brothers, 
Ramond, Ervin and James Norman of Norfolk.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
