Jackson and daughter of William W. and Mrs. Elizabeth Gimbert Sawyer, died in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Casebolt, 1534 Chela Ave., Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. Besides her husband and daughter, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Shirley Metzger; a brother, Milton C. Sawyer; a half sister, Mrs. Margaret Callis, all of Norfolk; a grandson, Julian H. Clark, and a great- granddaughter, both of Plymouth, N.C. Mrs. Jackson, a native of Princess Anne County, lived in this area all her life, lately at 2922 Lens Ave. She was a member of Fairmount Park Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be conducted in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Friday at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
