 The Virginian Pilot Sunday February 3,1985
Norfolk - Laura Jackson of 410 W. 25th St., Apartment 2, a native of Norfolk and
the wife of Johnnie T. Jackson, died Friday in a hospital.

Other survivors include four daughters, Alice Belcher, Evelyn Cephas, Barbara
Jackson, and Bessie Jackson, all of Norfolk;  four sons, Johnnie Guy, George
Guy, Joe Brown Jr., and Bobby Jackson, all of Norfolk;  a stepson, Donald
Foreman, and a sister, Corine Washington, both of Norfolk;  and 20 grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Graves Funeral Chapel by
Dr. Richard A. Councill.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  The family will
be at her home.
