Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, February 15, 2003 
NORFOLK - Maxine A. Jackson, of the 500 block of Bethune Drive, was called home
to be with the Lord on Feb. 12, 2003. She was a member of First Calvary Baptist
Church.

Her parents, William and Louise Watford predeceased Mrs. Jackson. She is
survived by her husband of 49 years, Albert A. Jackson; five children, Gerald
Jackson, Chris Jackson, Sherle Jackson, Larry Jackson and Darryl Jackson all of
Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Dana Jackson of Delaware and Little Maxine of
Virginia Beach; one brother, William Watford of Virginia Beach; two sisters,
Evelyn Fleming of Virginia Beach and Sandra Brehon of Maryland; as well as
numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk, on Sunday from
4 to 6 p.m. A funeral will follow on Monday at 11 a.m. at First Calvary Baptist
Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery . The body will be taken to the
church at 9:30 a.m.
