Andrew Jackson, who worked for more than 50 years as a porter for W. G. Swartz 
Company, received final rites Sunday at Hale Funeral Home. He was buried in 
Calvary Cemetery.

A native of Norfolk, Mr. Jackson lived at 2933 Liberia drive. He died at his home 
Nov. 22 after a short illness. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary Hayslott of 
Norfolk.
