Norfolk -  A funeral service for Mrs. Ida Jacobs, 65, of 1509 Melon street was 
conducted Friday in Smyrna Church of Christ.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery 
with Graves Funeral Home in charge.  Mrs. Jacobs died recently in a hospital.

The Charleston, SC, native was the wife of James Jacobs and the daughter of Fred 
Tidwell and Mrs. Elizabeth Tidwell.  Mrs. Jacobs was a member of Smyrna Church 
of Christ.

Besides her husband, surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Constance King and Mrs. 
Vernesa Lennard, and two brothers, Fred Tidwell and James Moore, all of Norfolk.
