Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, December 1, 1994 
Thelma Bristol Jacobs, 82, of the 900 block of Denhart St., a retired
beautician, died Nov. 28, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.

Miss Jacobs was a native of Norfolk. She was a member St. John AME Church in
Norfolk.

Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Lucile Baily, Miss Evelyn Jacobs, Mrs.
Dorothea Gray and Mrs. Vivian J. Wray, all of Norfolk; and one brother, Edward
H. Jacobs.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in St. John AME Church with the
Rev. Martha Knight officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The body
will be taken to church at 10 a.m. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
The family will be at 920 Tifton St.
