Funeral services for Mrs. Geraldine James, 1903 14th street, South Norfolk, 
were held July 28 at the Fitchett Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Earl Clark 
officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Fred James;  two daughters, Brenda and 
Delores James;  three sons, Fred Jr;  Frank and Lorenza James;  mother, Mrs. 
Jessie Turner;  father, Louis Scott;  two brothers, James A. and Clarence 
Scott;  one sister, Miss Virginia Scott and other relatives and friends.

Interment was in Mount Olive Cemetery with Fitchett’s Funeral Home in charge 
of arrangements.
