NORFOLK — Emily Hibble Jarvis, of the 100 block of Commodore Drive, died Oct. 22, 
1986, in a hospital.
Mrs. Jarvis, a native of Gloucester County, was the widow of Cecil B. Jarvis. She 
was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Cary Lee Jarvis of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; 
and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Revs. Karl Crowe and John Teter. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
The family will be at 2000 Cove Road in Virginia Beach.
