Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, August 17, 1990 
Doretha Mae Jenkins, 42, of the 1200 block of Elliott St., a nurses' aide, died
Aug. 15, 1990, in her home.

Mrs. Jenkins was a native of Baltimore.

Survivors include her husband, James Jenkins of Norlina, N.C.; her mother, Naomi
P. Hampton of Norfolk; three sisters, Joan World of Philadelphia, Anita
Creekmore of Norfolk and Margaret Nash of New Jersey; and three brothers, John
Bush of Baltimore, Joseph World of New Jersey and Gene Johnson of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Riddick Funeral Service by
Elder James Williams. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from
2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Friends may join the family at the
residence.
