Norfolk Journal and Guide Feb. 22,1975
Norfolk - Miss Luvenia Jernigan of 318 Marshall Ave., a native of Norfolk, died
Sunday , Feb. 2 in a hospital.

She worked for Mamselle Beauty Shop on Church Street.

Survivors include two sisters,  Miss Beatrice Jernigan and Mrs. Novella McCoy of
Norfolk;  and three brothers, Herman Jernigan of Norfolk, and Percy Jernigan and
Bernard Jernigan of Philadelphia.

A funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 8, at 1 p.m. in Christ Pentecostal
Church by the Rev. Beulah F. Dodson.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Graves
Funeral Home in charge.
