Norfolk Journal and Guide, Jan. 23, 1960
Mrs. Mary Jernigan of 1015 Wood street, member of Antioch Baptist Church, died
in a Norfolk hospital on Jan. 10.  A native of Portsmouth, she had lived in
Norfolk 22 years.

Survivors include her husband, Herman Jernigan and one brother, Lewis Ross,
Norfolk.


Funeral services were Jan. 17 at Antioch Church, the Rev. J. W. Matthews
officiating.  Burial was in Calvary cemetery, with Morning Glory Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
