                           Death of Mrs. Johns

The many friends of the venerable and much beloved Mrs. Angelina E. Johns, 
wife of the late Right Rev. John Johns, will regret to learn of the death, 
which occurred at the residence of Mrs. Tazewell Taylor, this city, 
yesterday morning, aged 73 years. She was a lady of many lovable qualities 
and will be sorely missed by friends in this city and elsewhere. The funeral 
will take place from Christ P.E. Church, Monday at 12 o'clock.  Friends of 
the family are invited to attend.

                 Funeral of Mrs. Angelina E. Johns

The funeral of this estimable lady took place yesterday from Christ P.E. 
Church at 12 o'clock and was conducted by Rev. O.S. Barten, D.D., assisted 
by Rev. Dr. J.R. Hubard, of the St. Thomas P.E. Church, Berkley.  The 
interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  The pallbearers were Messrs. M.S. 
Spratley, T.T. Spratley, H.S. Spratley, Kensey Johns, Stewart Johns, Dr. 
Southgate Lee, J.L. Hubard and Tazewell Hubard.
