Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, August 8, 1990 
Hilda Selden Johnson, 92, a native of Norfolk, died Aug. 5, 1990, in a hospital.

Mrs. Johnson had retired from Cook County Social Services, Chicago. She was a
former Norfolk public schoolteacher. She was a graduate of Virginia State
College and was a member of Gillfield Baptist Church, Petersburg.

Survivors include her husband, James H. Johnson.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Gillfield Baptist Church. Burial will
be in Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. James M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment Inc.
is handling arrangements.
