Norfolk - Mrs. Mary E. Johnson, 90, of 1618 Amelia St. died Tuesday at 2:55 
a.m. in her home after a long illness.

She was a daughter of William and Mrs. Anne Davis Mackey and the widow of 
John H. Johnson.

A native of Norfolk, she was a member of the United Order of Tents, Beulah 
Chapter 60. She also was mother of Grand Lodge of Zion Travelers, a member 
of Christian Benefit Society and St. John's AME Church.

Surviving are one son, Theodore R. Johnson of Washington; three daughters, 
Mrs. Eleanor J. Skinner and Mrs. Vivian J. Riddick of Norfolk and Mrs. Naomi 
J. Millender of Washington.

The body was taken to Riddick Funeral Service. A funeral service will be 
held in St. John's AME Church Friday at 1:30 p.m.by the Rev. Walter L. 
Hildebrand,pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
