 Norfolk Virginian Pilot Wednesday November 5, 1941
William Percy Johnson died at his residence in Miami, Fla., yesterday at 12 
o'clock noon after an illness of several weeks. He was a native of London, 
England, and had been a resident of Miami for the past year. Mr. Johnson had 
been a resident of Norfolk for many years but was more recently a resident 
of Richmond.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose Holt Johnson, of Miami; a niece, Mrs. 
Charles W. Hudson, of Norfolk, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary East Blount, 
of Norfolk.
The body will be brought to Norfolk for funeral services at the Cox Funeral 
Home, 631 Westover avenue, at a time to be announced later.
Burial will be in the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery.
