Mrs. Elizabeth Johnson of 1418 West 38th street died Jan. 11 at her residence. 
A native of Washington DC, Mrs. Johnson had lived in Norfolk 24 years. She was 
a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eureka Lodge and the Good Samaritans. 

Surviving are four stepsons, James Jr., Julius, Levi and Richard Johnson, all 
of Norfolk.

Funeral services will be Sunday, Jan. 17, at St. John AME Churc, the Rev. 
Walter L. Hildebrand officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with 
Riddick’s Funeral Home in charge.
