NORFOLK - Miss Joyce Ann Johnson,23, of 1320 Johnston Road, Apt. C2, a daughter 
of Mrs. Beatrice Johnson, was fatally injured Monday night by an automobile on 
Military Highway.

She was a native of Norfolk and worked two years for Camelot Nursing Home in 
Chesapeake.

Other survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Emma Lee Dixon of West Germany, Mrs. 
Maria Deborah Felton, Miss Emily Johnson, and Miss Cordelia Johnson of Norfolk; 
four brothers, Eddie Johnson Jr., Andes Alton Johnson, Frank Frederick Jr., and 
Levi Frederick of Norfolk.

A funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Twilight Funeral Chapel, Norfolk, by 
Bishop L.E. Willis Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will 
assemble Friday at 12:30 p.m. at the home of her mother, 3412 Lafayette Blvd., 
for the processional.
