Norfolk - Final rites for Alaska Johnson, 31, of 250 Seckle street, were held in 
Graves Funeral Chapel on Sunday.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.  He died 
recently in a hospital.
The Farmville, NC, native was the son of Herbert and Mrs. Annie Johnson.  He was 
a member of the usher board and a steward of New Mt. Zion AME Church, Bolling 
Brook.  Mr. Johnson was employed by Addington and Beamon Lumber Company.

Besides his parents, surviving is a brother, Billy Johnson of Norfolk.
