NORFOLK - Mrs. Alberta Deloris Johnson of 815 Bainbridge Blvd., the wife of Richard
Johnson and a Norfolk native, died Thursday in her home.

She was a waitress at Moore's Lounge and a member of Greater Mt. Zion Baptist
Church, Chesapeake. She had been a lounge employe for six years.

Other survivors include three sons, Richard Johnson Jr. and Leon J. Johnson of
Norfolk, and Robert A. Johnson of Chesapeake; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Hunt of
Norfolk and Mrs. Essie M. Sawyer of Chesapeake; two brothers, Claude Nixon and
Robert Nixon of Norfolk; and four grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. in Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church,
Chesapeake, by the Rev. Ronnie Joyner. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk,
with Fitchett Funeral Home in charge.
