NORFOLK - Calvin Mack Johnson Jr. of 2811 Colonial Ave., a son of Mrs. Elizabeth
Marshall and a native of Norfolk, died September 26.

Johnson attended Mount Zion Holiness church. He was an employe of the City of
Norfolk for two years.

Other survivors include a son, Antonia Simmons; four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Brisco,
Ms. Labarbara Odham, Ms. Nellie Marshall, and Ms. Bertha Marshall; three brothers,
Michael Johnson, and Donzella Marshall and Ivor Marshall; paternal grandparents, Mr.
and Mrs. Mack Johnson; and maternal grandmother, all of Norfolk.

A funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Graves Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev.
H.J. Perry. Burial will in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at his mother's
home, 1260 Marshall Ave. A Wake service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday
night from 7 to 8.
