Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch October 26, 1915
CHARLES C.JOHNSON
Charles C. Johnson died this morning at his home, 1218 Highland avenue, in his 
65th year. He was a native of Denmark, had lived in Norfolk thirty-four years, and 
was highly esteemed. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. James W. 
Tarrant and Miss Ollie Johnson, both of Norfolk. The funeral occurs tomorrow at 3 
p.m. at the residence, Rev. E. P. Miner and J. A. officiating. Interment in 
Elmwood. He was a member of Black Hawk Tribe of Red Men.
