Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch November 5, 1908
Mrs. Susie E. Johnson, wife of J. N. Johnson, died this morning at 7:55 o'clock, 
at her home, No. 613 West Brambleton avenue, in the 37th year of her age. The 
deceased had lived here all her life and had many friends who will regret to learn 
of her death. She was a faithful member of the Queen Street Methodist Church, 
where the funeral will occur Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. She is survived by her 
husband and several children.
